1940s Submarine Berth Lamp.

The cylindrical lampshade is made of aluminium. It has sliding blades to control the amount of light with a handle made of yellow ochre Bakelite. Semi-spherical ends made of cast aluminium. Attached to a wall plate with 4 pre-fabricated holes for fixings. There is one metal bulb socket. The press switch is present on the electrical cord. Stamped Konig.

The lamp is in very good / good condition and in full working order with age related wear and tear. The lamp has been fitted with a vintage in-line switch and has been re-wired and earthed. The lamp takes one  E27 bulb. 

This lamp can be used with 110-230v supplies
