We accept many payment methods including Paypal, direct deposit and if you're collecting your item you're welcome to pay by card or cash. We kindly request if paying cash to bring the exact amount as we dont keep cash on the premisis. Also if paying online, payment within 5 business days would be appreciated.
We pride ourselves in providing the best dispatch and shipping times as possible. As some of our items are made in house and others need to be picked most orders will be dispatched within 3 business day. For smaller items they generally travel with Australia post and any larger items will travel by courier. We use a range of couriers including Toll Ipec, TNT, Couriers Please, Aramex and more. The carrier chosen will be based on your location, shipping times and cost.
All products come extremely well packed, from bubblewrap to foam, inner cartons and custom wood boxes depending on the product ordered. We are also more than happy to combined shipping if your after more than one item and we are able to do so.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the item (within our guidelines). Generally because of the large freight costs involved in shipping bigger items we highly encourage customers to be certain on the product they have chosen. If for some reason the product is not suitable (this is a change of mind return) the buyer will be liable for all return postage charges. Once we receive the item back and providing its in original condition and the packaging is useable the customer will receive and full refund of the purchase price only.
In the unlikely event of a broken mirror in transit, we will need photo evidence and you will be sent a replacement at no charge. PLEASE NOTE: if the mirror arrives broken, you CANNOT request a refund, you must accept a replacement item, or we can accept another item of equal or higher value. This also includes a faulty product eg. a scratched mirror, LED light does not work etc.
