Coming flat packed, not inflated.
Any other decorations are for photo purpose only and not included in the sale. Name cake toppers are not included in the purchase.

Please note: I can't guaranty that confetti will stick to the sides of the balloons. For confetti to stick like in the photo, you need to rub the balloon where the confetti are. Please be aware of other factors beyond my control can hinder how well confetti will stick such as humidity, not enough static, the temperature, how you handle them, etc...

P.S. - be aware, the balloons are fragile, especially hearts balloons, due to their shape, they tend to break easily. We don't accept returns, if the balloon burst when inflated. These balloons are Qualatex balloons, the best in industry.


****Postage and Return Policy****

Please be aware on free postage items, it takes between 4-7 working days to be delivered. If you need the item quicker please select the 1st class postage.
I post with Royal Mail, and sometimes they do mess up with deliveries, so please contact me if the item does not arrive in this time frame.
International Buyers, please be aware i do post the items with standard delivery, i don't provide tracking number unless you select the tracked delivery. I do provide only proof of the item being posted.
Be aware, items and packages can get creased during transit, this is out of my hands unfortunately.

Delivery times internationally is between 10-25 business days.

Returns Information

If you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full refund (including the original postage cost) if it is returned within 14 days.

I don't accept returns for custom orders.
