This is a VINTAGE, ORIGINAL, New Old Stock, John Deere,  Tachometer Gauge. 

NEVER BEEN USED ON A TRACTOR - 0 miles!!

Not sure exactly what year or model this fits or is correct for, but written on the gauge was "4020" and it was in a bag labeled "later than 1958"

May have application to 1960's - 1970's John Deere 4020 tractors?

**The Gauge Face looks EXCELLENT

**Measures approximately 2 1/2" deep as the gauge, and approx. 3" deep with mounting bracket

**Gauge face diameter is approx. 3 3/4"  

**Has number "551LAK3" on the back

**No box or anything else - what you see is what you get!!  I cannot confirm that it works, but like I said - it looks new and came out of a box of various NOS parts...
