WATERBURY Map Antique Original 1868 Lithograph Beers Atlas

A 1868 Beers map of WATERBURY Connecticut. Lithographed with black ink then hand colored. The printed area is in very good condition with great colors having been well preserved in a book. It shows: hand colored town districts, buildings and homes with many ID'd with their owner's name, railroad tracks, roads, brooks and rivers. The map was removed from a rare "Atlas of New Haven County" book.  The page measures16 by 13 1/2 inches. There are no tears or marks. Some small light foxing spots as shown. Edge where removed from atlas has been trimmed and will look great once matted and/or framed.
