Instructions for Use - Mirror Effect

1. Apply base colour (optional)

2. Apply a layer of special top gel, or other gel top coat (non wipe recommended but not required).

3. Use a sponge tipped eye shadow applicator , or a silicone brush to buff a layer of powder onto nail surface.

4. Repeat until desired effect.

5. Deal with a top coat.

Recommended to be used over topcoat and sealed with gel top coat. Best used with no wipe gel topcoat.
