All lids sold are used, so please expect normal small scratches, scuffs, marks. Any chips will be identified in the listing. Size: All measurements are taken from the outside edges of the lid itself from the underside. The length is the first measurement given, and the width is the second. The sizes of two lids for the same cistern may vary by a couple of mm as part of the original manufacturing process, so please take consideration of this. Please check that airholes, underside rimmed edge and colour matches. We are not responsible for return costs when you have not checked these and so have ordered incorrectly.  We do not have courier collections on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank/Public Holidays. This means, for example, if you purchase an item on a Friday it will not be dispatched before Monday. Security: All of our lids are security marked. For non-standard colours, the name of the colour may also be written on the underside.
