Generally, the book is in Fair Condition.  The back leather board has wear, with stains, scratches and the leather is rubbed and scuffed.  The spine is chipped and the leather is cracked. 

Internally, there are 367 pages. The pages have wear and age-related browning.  Some tears and creases on the pages.  Some wet stains and foxing and spotting.
