• Returns are accepted within 30 days.
• All returns must be in original packaging. If package is opened returns must be authorised by one of our eBay consultants via eBay messages as returns on opened packages are only accepted for the following reasons:
  • tem not as pictured.
  • Faulty or damaged
  • Item specifications different from that specified in the listing.
• Buyer pays return postage unless return reason for item is due to faulty/damaged item or incorrect item supplied.

• We target to despatch all order within 48 hours of receiving payment. However, uncalled for circumstances could result in despatch time been delayed. We will inform you if this happens.
• Delivery times provided by eBay are estimates only and may vary in actual terms depending on shipping service used, public holidays, processing times etc. However, we will do our best to have all items delivered within or before the estimated dates.
• If there are any freight related issues or enquiries please contact us first before leaving any bad feedback or opening a case on eBay. We are here to help and will do our best to resolve the matter for you.
