1347 is a management board game, based on betting / wagering and action programming mechanics. You will be a Plague Doctor who aims to become the most influential one in the village. Cure the infected villagers to gain their power; increase your wealth; hire Plague Apprentices in the docks in order to become the most powerful Doctor of the A.D.1347!
The year of our Lord 1347: The Black Death has arrived via Eastern trade routes, bringing suffering and misery to the towns and countryside. The sole hope for relief from a slow and painful death lies in the hands of the plague doctors. Dressed in black cloaks, and masks stuffed with vinegar-rags and spice, the surgeons roam the Burgus streets searching for the infected. To these they offer salvation, saving their flesh from death, while gaining prestige with the princely court and - why not? - one or two shiny coins!
Will you prove yourselves as valorous surgeons, up to the tasks you're called to resolve? Will you expand your influence with good works, draining infected swamps and building plague hospitals? Or will you give in to the facts of life, and death, raking in whatever coins you happen to find?
1347 is a strategic game in which players are plague doctors with the aim of gaining as much fame and prestige as possible to become the most important of the town. Each player has resource cards, money, grave diggers, and five influence tokens at their disposal to invest in order to defeat the plague and enrich themselves. There are three stages that will repeat for three periods (that will vary from 6 to 9 game rounds):
Investments -> Each player, turn by turn, will invest one influence token (from 0-4 influence points) in one of the six areas of the board, each one with different actions allowed. All the investments are hidden. Investments go on until all players remain with no tokens.
Actions -> Starting from Area 1, all invested tokens are revealed. The player who invested the most is the only one who can exploit the actions allowed from that area. The other players who invested can convert their "unused points" in money or grave diggers. So losing is also a strategy. In case of tie, the first player, or the nearest one in clockwise has priority, in any case the first player will change at the end of each round.
Upkeep -> In this stage players collect money from the Agrus (the country), can heal their recruited plagued commoners, or can maintain their healed commoners. Healed commoners give players new influence tokens to invest and an ability to exploit as long as they remain healed.
There are many kind of actions players can do: recruit commoners, transform grave diggers in peasants to collect money, build expansions to enforce their influence to specific areas, etc.
At the end of the game, the players obtain 1 wealth point (victory points) for:
Each influence point (the value shown on each influence token held);
Every five coins;
Each subject card;
Each development held;
Every three gravediggers held (including the player's reserve and those assigned to the Agrus).

We ship 99% of the time within 24 hours. In many cases we allow free local pickups. However, other than a boardgaming store, we do not have physical stores, but rather work with 3rd party fulfillment centers, that do allow pickups for statues. If you are in the Central Florida region we can arrange for you to pick up boardgames locally.
Payment
When you buy an item from us, payment is due immediately. Ebay does not allow for 'payment plans' or 'split payments' (yet)
That said, we can wait a few days if that helps, but more than 3-4 days is not possible.
If you are looking for credit the only option right now that I am aware of is a payment plan offered by Paypal (depending on your credit also) or your credit card itself.
Shipping
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times, usually 24 hours (1 working day) after you place your order. Tracking is updated in your ebay purchase order automatically, so you can follow your item on its journey to you. If you do not see movement of your item within 2 days please let us know right away and we'll investigate.
Domestically we use USPS, UPS or Fedex at our discretion. USPS is a Priority Service and Fedex and UPS are normally Ground services, although you can opt to upgrade those to Priority or Express services. To see the shipping cost to your location click on 'see details' in the listing.
If you have a PO Box, you can only use USPS. UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Ebay currently uses the ebay International shipping program (eIs) but a lot of the statues are excluded from the program due to the size of the boxes. In many cases I can still ship them with UPS but the cost of shipping has to be determined on an individual basis. Each statue and each country are different. If you are trying to purchase an item and your country is not on the shipping list, send me an email and I can calculate it for you.
As an alternative to this what seems to work for a lot of international buyers is the use of a freight forwarder, such as Planet Express, Parcel Monkey, Aramex or MyUS. There are many such companies in the USA. We would ship to the local drop point (domestic) of your freight forwarder and they would handle the international part of it. Depending on the item you can choose a drop point close to our warehouse in Long Beach, CA (zip 90805), Houton, TX (zip 77054) or Clermont, FL (zip 34711). In those cases, the domestic cost of the shipment would be very low.
Also, you can clear the item through customs yourself.

What is the status of my shipment?
You can track each individual item on ebay.com. Go to 'My eBay' and then click on 'Purchase History' and each item will list a tracking number which if you click it will show the latest known status.
Can I change my address after I placed the order?
Because of ebay regulalations I can only ship it to the address you used during check out. If that is not a good address I will have to cancel the transaction and refund the money and you will have to repurchase the item again and use the correct address this time.
I am not home when Fedex/UPS normally delivers the items. Can you change the address or redirect it to a Fedex store?
The Fedex/UPS account I use belongs to Ebay so I cannot change anything relating to the shipments. After 3 failed delivery attempts Fedex/UPS will hold the item in its local hub for up to 10 days before returning it. You can call the local hub and make arrangements to pick up the item during that period.
Do you offer combined shipping on multiple items?
Yes we do combine shipping. Just add all items to your cart and click 'Request Total from Seller' and "Comnmit to Buy". This does not always work on the ebay mobile app. In case it does not work there, please try it on a pc. After I receive the request I will send an invoice with the total combined shipping charges. Then you can pay. If you do not like the deal I will cancel it without a problem. This is the most efficient way to do it.
As for statues due to their size I cannot combine those in 1 package. The box would also be too big and heavy and it would actually increase the risk of damage as these large boxes are difficult to handle. Thanks for your understanding.
My item is lost in transit, can you help?
Rarely items get lost, but if it takes too long shoot us a message. Also check with your neighbors or front office to see if the item was accidentally delivered there. We can put in an inquiry with the shipper to see if they can locate the item. All items are covered 100% against loss and damage in transit.
I would like to pick up my item, what do I do?
Other than the gaming store in Clermont, we do not have physical stores. We work with 3rd party warehouses in Long Beach, CA and Sturtevant, WI and they do allow pickups. Depending on the item I can arrage for pickups there. And all boardgames (only!) can be picked up in Clermont, FL. If you are interested in a Local Pickup and the item does not have this option available in the shipping section of the listing, let me know and I will fix it.
After the purchase you will be directed to the warehouse where you will have to identify yourself with your driver license and you will be handed the statue. You CANNOT inspect it. These are a 3rd party independent warehouses so all they do is they store my inventory and ship it out. They are not part of my company. If there are any issues you will have to communicate with me.
After the purchase please provide the 6-digit code ebay provides you and I will give you instructions on how to collect the item from the warehouse.
