We process and send out footwear Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. Our nominated courier is Royalmail who collect from us in the afternoon

We are using their barcode delivery system for most items we send, This is similar to tracking but the parcels are scanned once delivered by them

Our delivery aim is 2 to 3 working days to, however some orders can take upto 7 working days to arrive. Royalmail can deliver to your neighbour if your not available to accept the item.

Our main payment provider is Paypal, which is our main option

We also accept Bank transfer and cheques but we feel Paypal is an easier method

All our footwear can be returned to ourselves within 15 days of receipt.

Your item can be returned for an exchange anytime within 15 days of original receipt. We have no issues with exchanging styles or colours either.

Every item is checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event an item has been delivered to you with a fault, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt to us. Shortages or incorrect goods should be reported too within this time scale
