Bright Eyes Official USPS Stamps Journal notes hardcover book unused. Featuring the art from their commemorative set with a  Black Cat, Hamster, Parakeet, Dog, & a Gold fish. Contains no stamps. The book is  never used and still has the original plastic, but is loose. The book is approx. 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 3/4". Originally sold in 1998 and is not produced anymore. Comes from a smoke free home.
