Returns due to "change of mind" or "apps incompatibility" will be accepted for the initial 30 days, a refund will be given minus our shipping/packing costs.

All our products are sold under the Marginal VAT scheme, therefore an invoice showing VAT separately will not be provided.

Customers not satisfied with their product have the choice of returning the item(s) back to us within 30 days of receipt. We advise customers who want to return their products to contact us initially within the first 7 days of receipt, with their Email, E Bay id and product number. Please check the returns procedure at the bottom of this page for more details.

We accept a no quibble returns within 30 days for a full refund, if you need to make a return, please contact us via eBay messages and we will be happy to assist you in this regard.We record all imei's and serial number's prior to dispatch for a period of 12 months.

It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the return costs, and to make sure that all electricals are safely packed and are securely delivered back to us in their original unused, re-sellable condition. If a returned item requires testing, adequate time must be given to carry this out. If the returned product has been used or is not in its original new condition then we have the full right to charge a % of the sale value. Items returned due to incompatibility may incur a handling charge.

 Any products returned after 30 days may not be accepted or may even be subject to a  administration fee.

Note: All refunds are issued within a 2-5 working day period. (Except busy periods)

Physically damaged items will not be replaced or refunded.

We do not issue return postage refunds, if the phone is working fine and has no faults.

We have kept a strict quality control procedure to make sure that we simply do not accept any phones from our suppliers that do not meet our criteria.

All of our handsets go through a series of strict tests to ensure that they are all in fully working order before they go on sale.

If a handset fails any one of our tests, we simply do not offer it to you.

Returns Process

Ensure that the handset (s) is in exactly the same condition as it was when received and that it has not been damaged whilst in your care.

Fill out the returns form and send with your handset – please note that failure to provide the full information on your returns form will result in a delay in processing your return.

Carefully package your item including all accessories originally received and send it to the following address:

Send via a secure tracked and insured service – please note that the item is your responsibility until it has been safely received by us.

Our priority is to make sure all our customers get their items on time. We guarantee that by dispatching your items within the time frame listed. We kindly ask customers to understand the fact that we do not have control over Royal mail delays or delays by customs for parcels going worldwide.

Royal mail / DPD AIM to deliver within 1-3 days.

Items being posted to Europe shall differ to UK times. We Guarantee a signed for insured delivery to European destinations too. Normally we use UPS, DHL , TNT for these deliveries.

A signature shall be requested by courier during delivery.

Orders with payments cleared by 2pm shall be sent same day. (Mon - Fri).
