Not a sticker made in China (made with low quality vinyl), bought in bulk then sold for high profits by American sellers claiming its a handmade item. I only use the highest quality calendared vinyl, Oracal 651. Each decal is cut and at the time of purchase and has not been sitting on the shelf aging and the premask is not adhering well and the adhesive is losing it's potency (like what you get with other sellers.)
