RETURN
OF GOODS INFORMATION
Please
notify us within 7 days of the goods arriving if your item is damaged or
faulty. The eBay buyer may be requested to email pictures if the item is
damaged or faulty in order to resolve any issues in a short period of time. We
do not exchange or refund for change of mind.

buyer must provide a tracking number for all returned goods in order for
Disposal and Surplus eBay store to provide an exchange or refund. The returned
goods must include a copy of the return of goods authorization email that is to
