RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Should you wish to Return your order, 

please contact us within seven (7) days of a delivery date with a valid reason for a return.

Return Shipping is paid by the buyer if there is change of mind 

OR the buyer provided incorrect vehicle details 

OR the buyer purchased an incorrect part without checking compatibility with us 

OR for any reason(s) other than the buyer receiving a faulty item.

In this case, original shipping is NONREFUNDABLE. There will be Original postage and 

Restocking fee charge of 25% from Total order.

Otherwise, return shipping is paid by Will’s Auto Parts.

All returned goods must be NEW, UNDAMAGE, and UNINSTALLED, 

and returned in undamage original manufacturer packaging (may be Opened). 

This means the item should not lifted or used. if an item is returned used, damaged 

or without an original packing,

we will deduct 25% of its value for original postage and restocking fee 

or refuse a refund.  Every case is decided individually.

NO REFUNDS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS (Sensors, switches, ESU etc)

All returns and exhcanges are subject to the inspection by Will’s Auto Parts

before a refund or exchange is granted. 

All refunds are made at the discretion of Will’s Auto Parts.
