Vintage tole painted metal tray.  On the back it is signed "Ruth Mills 1948, Peter Koster - Instructor).  The tray measures about 22.5" x 16.5".  Condition is as seen in photos.  Scratches, missing paint, and other wear.  Please take a look and feel free to ask any questions.  Thanks!!!
