Description: Third volume in this historical series

Most successful bands have a history that extends way beyond their first hit. The Stray Cats were no exception. Before the Stray Cats there was Brian Setzer & The Tomcats which consisted of Brian Setzer on vocals and guitar, Gary Setzer on Drums and Bob Beecher on bass. In 1980, there were some tapes made of the Tomcats performing live at TKs Place on the south shore of Long Island, New York which is the source of this seven volume set of CDs. Whilst the audio is not optimum due to the age of the tapes they are quite listenable despite a little distortion here and there and give a great insight into what was to follow. A must for all true rockabilly fans.
