PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up the product, please let us know 24 hours in advance and pay for the item when you come in. We accept most major credit cards in our showroom.  No third party pickups (having someone else pickup an item you paid for).

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If an order is refused or returned because of an undeliverable address, we will refund the order less all shipping (two shipping fees are charged by the shipping company - one out to you and one back), any customs/duty fees for international customers and a 15% restocking fee.
