18mm Press & Seal Foam Cap Liners

Pressure sensitive cap liner for sealing of pharmaceuticals, foodstuffs, cosmetics, oil bottles, etc.

These liners are suitable for sealing bottles containing powder, creams, gels and solids. They are, however, not suitable for use with thin liquids. Compatible with all kinds of plastic and glass bottles.

Construction & Materials

The liner is composed of polystyrene foam and a specially formulated pressure-activated adhesive for excellent adhesion to the lip of plastic and glass containers.

This liner is not designed to offer barrier properties, however it will provide a limited moisture-vapor barrier when correctly applied.

How to Use

The beauty of this type of liner is that it does not require any additional tools or machinery.

Simply insert the seal into the cap with the printed side facing up.
Screw on the bottle cap as normal.
After 24 hours, you may safely remove the cap. You will notice that the liner is sealed to the bottle neck.

For the most part, delivery is fulfilled by the Royal Mail and may thus be attempted Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a specific delivery time.

International deliveries will be handled by the Royal Mail only within the UK. Once the Goods have been handed to the overseas postal service, no tracking information will be available until a signature is obtained on delivery.

Please note that all items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer; we are unable to reimburse such expenses.
