French Art Nouveau Limoges Hand Painted Enamel Cabinet Vase Circa 1900

of pear form with elongated neck, French Art Nouveau Limoges enamel on copper small cabinet vase, depicting a gentlemen of status from a royal court, awaiting for the date with a gift & large bouquet of red roses. Dressed in 18th century outfit with red, lavender, silver & green translucent enamel colors & gilt accents to his dress. Figure standing along the river band with green leafy plants as background landscape with the castle at the distance. The vase stands upon flat round brass base. Overall very good condition, possibly restored bottom portion, I feel applied extra layer of lacquer. Otherwise, no damage.
