4 - Your phone will be repaired within 1 business day of arrival, and will be shipped out the next business day (Monday - Friday)

5 - You will pay for shipping your device to us, (return shipping is included in your purchase)


We do recommend that you would backup your device on your computer at home or iCloud then do a wipe of all data from the device and send it to us for a faster and guaranteed protection on your warranty, then when you get your device back you can restore your device's data from your computer/icloud backup

I can not be liable if you -the customer- do not provide your pass code for me to run my pre-open diagnosis and run through all the functions, in such matter I will test what ever functions I am able to test without the need of the pass-code but after the service is rendered and you receive your device back and later find an issue that I couldn't test it's functionality because of your not providing of the pass-code, then in such case you agree to send the device back and forth back again at your expense -providing a return shipping label inside the delivery box of your device-, if we find the issue caused by an error from our end then we will replace the part that is faulty at no extra charge to you, however if the issue found that the original part is in its great condition with no physical damage apparent that we caused then a service and part charge will be billed to you before the return of the device fixed or at that time if you decide not to have us replace the faulty parts simply we will put the device back together and return the device back to you without replacing the faulty part using your provided return shipping label and tracking number


Warranty: The back replacement comes with a LIFETIME Warranty against labor defects. We gaurantee that your device will be working the same way it was when you sent it in. If you share your password with us, we can verify that all of the functions of your device work as they did when you sent it in. If you do not provide your password, we will continue with the repair, but we will be unable to test some of the features of the device.

FAQ: under our shipping policy we note that it takes 20 days handling time to ship your repair, that is because at the time of your purchase we do not have your device in hand rather until you ship the device to us and the time it takes until it reaches us then the repair time and/or any extra time / repairs needed, communication time, it could in rare cases come close to that handling time frame especially if you ship the item late to us. so in order to keep our account in good standing and because ebay defaults accounts when shipping items late / affecting seller rating we precautionary advertise our handling time as 20 days.

P.S. we start working on your device the day we receive it or the following business day at the latest and mail it out back to you the next business day on repair as advertised with no extra work needed or when not needing approval for extra repairs.
