I sell to Australian States and Territories only; Australian Antarctic Territories and External Territories (Norfolk, Lord Howe, Cocos (Keeling) and Christmas Islands) will attract additional postage costs.

Please check ingredients listing on photographs prior to purchase.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Whilst all care is taken to display colours as close to original as possible please note that digital devices may show colours in a different shade.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

I will combine postage if you would like to purchase more than one item - subject to weight restrictions; after committing to buy please request total if purchasing multiple items.

Items will be posted via Australia Post on the same day or within 1 business day of payment being received (excluding Saturday and Sunday).

Please advise if you require insurance on your item. **Additional costs of $2.50 per $100 will apply**

Please advise if you require signature on delivery of your item. **Additional costs of $2.95 per parcel will apply**

PAYMENT

Payment for your purchase is to be made via PayPal, within three (3) days - if you are not able to make payment within this time please contact me.

Please do not bid on items if you do not intend to purchase; an Unpaid Item Case will be recorded against the winning bidder if payment is not received after four (4) days.

RETURNS

All items are sold as is and returns are accepted only if item is damaged or significantly different than described. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Purchased item is to be returned within 7 days of receipt of item in original packaging and condition. Item must be returned by Registered Mail with buyer paying all costs.

Total amount to be refunded will be the initial purchase price only, original post and packing will not be refunded.

If significant damage occurs during transit a full refund will be provided if insurance was requested and paid on purchase.
