- Request to change the default OS for free
- Request to change the default OS language to French for free
- Upgrade their hardware (i.e. memory, HDD, graphics card, keyboard...etc) for additional costs
Customers whom are willing to take an upgrade can let us know via eBay email and we will send their customization information separately. The payment, if applied, will be collected through the same process as the purchased product (PayPal).
