Please note that the postage charge on each item also includes packaging and disbursement costs, not the actual postage rate that is stamped on the item.

As per eBay's capped postage and packaging rate, all our items postage costs are set accurately and within eBay guidelines.

Delivery-

The item will normally be dispatched within 3 days of payment being received and can take between 5-10 working days to arrive. 

Collection Information-

Collection is from our distributor in Worcestershire, please message me for further collection details.

You will need to book a collection date and time in advance after which you will receive a unique reference number that you will use for collection.

If collecting your item in person, please check it thoroughly before you leave the depot as I cannot accept returns once it has been taken away.

If you are arranging for someone else to collect your item, such as a courier, I will need to know in advance when they are coming. Please also ensure that whoever is collecting the item knows exactly what they are collecting. They must have all the details of purchase with them, including:

• Your name
• Your eBay ID,
• Your unique reference number,
• The exact title of the items they are collecting on your behalf.

I cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the product caused in transit after collection. If you send a courier to collect your item for you and you find that you want to return the item, it is up to you to deliver it back to us

Returns-

Should items need to be returned for any reason, you must contact us before proceeding so that we can provide return details. If you wish to return your purchase for a refund, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your goods. The items then must be returned within two weeks. Please note that refunds on Postage & Packaging are not offered as this is the actual postage paid for the item to be sent to you (this also includes items where free postage & packaging was offered).

Returns only apply to 'Buy-It-Now' listings and returns on auction format sales are not possible.

Before deciding to return the item, you have a statutory duty to take care of the goods in your possession. This includes any packaging which forms part of the goods, for example; card, pins, tissue paper, plastic bag etc.

The item must be returned unused, unopened and in the exact same condition as it was sent out to you in.

Deliberately damaged returned goods will not be refunded and will be returned to sender.

As per standard practice, any items that are being returned due to possible faults or damage will be inspected thoroughly by the returns department before issuing a full refund. If no fault is found with the item, you will receive a refund for the total cost of the item. As mentioned above, this is not including any postage costs.
