This listing for for a genuine copy of Microsoft Outlook Standard 2003 with Business Contact Manager, with full license key. It is a non-retail copy, and as such does not include any retail packaging or paperwork.
A harddrive will be included with all OEM software, if this isn't OEM software no drive will be included. Drive capacity and form factors may vary, and these drives have not been tested and should be preseumed non-working. The hard drive isn't needed to run this software, it's only included to fulfill OEM hardware requirements. Depending on when the disk was manufactured, the label may be orange or blue. This is a purely cosmetic difference on the label and does not affect the functionality of the disks at all. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

I use calculated shipping for my listings, and don't charge any handling fees. I don't make any profit on shipping, all I charge is what it actually costs to get the item to you. I try to ship out on the same business day, but sometimes I'm not able to ship the item out until the next business day. I can often upgrade shipping to a faster service at no additional charge, and will always ship by the method specified in checkout or better. I'm happy ship worldwide, but please be aware that for some countries customs processing can take some time. If the tracking stops after leaving the US it is likely waiting for the local customs office to scan the item in and process it.
