Citroen Berlingo / Peugeot Partner Clutch Pivot Bushes With Detailed Fitting Instructions.
Relacement bushes for the usual worn out green PSA bushes at the top of the clutch pedal.
You will receive 2 bushes ( enough for one vehicle )
The arrow shows the blue pawl bush ( not the replacement for the green pivot bushes that you need )
Dealers will try and sell you the whole clutch pedal assembly as they do not sell the bushes separatley to remove your very annoying pedal movement from side to side that also affects clutch biting point.
This is a very common problem for the Mk2 ( Mk1 Facelift ) Berlingo / Partner 1.6 Hdi models ( may fit other models )
You can see from pic no2 the green bushes at the top of the pedal, these are the ones to replace.
Fitted mine a while back now . What a difference it made.
Fitting is easy. Once the pedal is off you can get access to push out the old worn bushes out and the new ones in. I had to file down the bush down a bit on the side of the blue pawl as it sits too high due to the lip on the pawl. Some vehicles do not need this, if the pedal is to wide to slide back into the carrier it will need a bit of filing to get it to fit properly. I will put some detailed fitting instructions inside with the bushes to help you complete your task.
Supplied are 2 natural hard wearing nylon bushes. Included is a detailed instruction slip that will refer to the pic of the exploded view of the pedal on this listing (so you can see what bits I am refering to).
