Returns Information
1.Item delivered damaged - Free return and Full refund.
-Send us photo that proves item delivered damaged.
-Item must be returned within 30 days to the our address on the package.
2.Wrong item delivered-Free return and Full refund.
3.Item is defective
-We will first receive our product back.
-Once received,we are going to examine whether defect is due to
A)Manufacturer's fault B)Buyer's fault.
-If manufacturer's fault,no shipping cost will be charged.
-If buyer's fault,shipping cost and repair cost will be charged to buyer.
4.Purchased item by mistakes /Return item due to changed of mind
-Shipping cost and restocking fee(corresponding to 10% of purchase price)will be deducted from your refund total.
5.If your parcel is held in your local customs, you will have to contact your local customs and post office.
6.Due to the custom tax or duty, if you reject the package,
-We will charge for the shipping cost and 5% (of total price) handling fee.
