This is a new die-cut sticker featuring the emblem of the Young Pioneers of the Soviet Union. The Young Pioneers first came to be in 1922 as a secular, Socialist, and non-gender alternative to the Scouts International. Some variety of The Pioneer Movement has existed in nearly every country, but the original Pioneers existed from 1918 to 1991. 

Sticker is 3.25" x 4", printed on 6 mm vinyl. Union printed (CWA Local 6300) and made in the U.S.A. Liquid laminated (good for at least 5 years in direct elements).
