Item Description
An official Ultra Pro product. These are archival-grade, acid-free and non-PVC soft card sleeves designed to hold standard 2-1/2" X 3-1/2" cards. Made from clear polypropylene. Each pack includes 100 penny sleeves. We recommend storing your cards in individual sleeves to keep them in their best possible condition. Once sleeved, your cards can be popped into top loaders or in binders / folders to keep them in perfect condition. At Neo Collectables, we even keep our common cards in these!
These sleeves are a must-have for any Pokemon, Magic The Gathering (MTG) or Yugioh collector to keep your collection in tip-top condition. Shipping
We ship all orders same day if payment is received by 14:00 GMT (excluding weekends and holidays, which are dispatched on the next working day). That's more rapid than a Rapidash. Better still, we ship all items to the UK by Royal Mail 2nd Class, completely free of charge. If you'd prefer your items a little quicker, you can upgrade your shipping service for a fee during checkout. For our international friends from other regions - we use the eBay Global Shipping Programme's Delibirds to ensure safe, speedy and hassle-free delivery.
Payments
We understand that paying for your item isn't the most exciting part of your purchase, but we'd really appreciate it if you could make payment within 3 days. This helps to keep things moving and means we can ship your order sooner. Remember, Slowpokes miss out on same day dispatch!
Our Hours
We aren't a huge corporation with set office hours, in fact, every purchase you make from Neo Collectables helps a small business. Contact us any time of day... We promise we'll reply within 24 hours, but usually within 8. We're good at replying quickly, unless we're asleep of course. We're still training our Noctowls to respond to messages overnight.
International Customers (outside the UK)
Boring, yet important... No matter where in the world you are - Kanto, Johto or anywhere else - import duties, customs, taxes and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Unfortunately, these charges are the buyer's responsibility. If in doubt, please contact your country's customs office prior to purchasing or bidding to determine any additional costs.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. We do our best to take super snaps of our items and write accurate descriptions, but if for any reason you aren't happy, please let us know. We accept returns - just package them up safely, pop them on a Pigey and return them for a refund.
