Orders completed after 3.30pm UK time will be dispatched the next working day.

A return case must be opened within 14 days of you receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, you must not use the item and it must be in the same condition that you received it, with the tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging if it was included in the sale, and this must also be in the same condition as you received it. Certain goods are exempt from being returned including underwear, socks.

As we sell pre-owned and new clothing, sometimes with minute defects, it is important the product description and images are studied carefully. We always try to ensure that the items are thoroughly inspected and described as accurately as possible. Please check product measurements we provide to improve the likelihood of a successful purchase. Postage costs are not refundable for returns due to non fitting items, or a change of mind on your purchase.

Please pay for items promptly. If payment is received before 3.30pm UK time, we will dispatch your purchase on the same day; if you pay for an item after 3.30pm UK time, it will be dispatched on the next working day. Message us if you have any questions regarding paying for an item.
