Please note that all items are packed with care and attention. Thus I have few problems with damaged items.

However due to the insistence of postage companies I have had to add this.

 Any damage that happens in transportation will require me to make a claim. 

This requires that photos of label, packing, boxes and damage to item are required and you will be required to provide this before I can provide any solution to this. 

I am sorry about this but I have had claims turned down through no fault of my own.

This is a condition of purchase that you can provide these to me if damage occurs, I have had to add this as quite naturally people have disposed of the packing etc before contacting me. 

If not I cannot insure that you recieve any refund or return of product.
