Fits Kenmore  Super High.  This attachment screw is to be used for models with a small  needle clamp screw ( that holds the needle in place) located in the front portion of the needle clamp. Most models of this type did not come with an attachment screw. This screw is redesigned to be stronger than the design that was originally used. This screw is included in kit “Kenmore Super High Even Feed/Walking Foot, eBay item #323935066909.

The attachment screw will allow your machine to use pressure feet which are activated by the up and down movement of the needle bar;

such as : walking foot, free motion/darning foot, ruffler/pleating foot and some old style buttonhole attachments.
