The Siemens ones are Ta B45170 or B45172 types
TKI (Távközlési Kutató Intézet) was a Hungarian telecommunications research institute, based on the research department of TUNGSRAM and Hungarian Post. They basically did development and just a small series production. TTE-F tantalums are very rare and high quality parts.
