If you are removing the P.A.I.R. system from your MK2 Suzuki GSF Bandit 600 / 1200 or oil cooled 650 these will come in very handy !

Manufactured from 2mm thick mirror polished stainless steel and supplied with new A2 stainless steel bolts and washers to replace the rusty studs and nuts.

The P.A.I.R. system was used purely to allow Suzuki to get around the emissions controls when these bikes were new. Many people remove the whole system as they are unsightly, nearly always rusty, and are an unnecessary weight on an already heavy bike.

Gaskets can be made from gasket paper, or just use silicone sealer / instant gasket when fitting them to prevent any leaks.

Removal of the studs can be tricky, but if you screw 1 nut approx half way down the stud, then screw another nut on and tighten the 2 nuts together with 2 spanners / wrenches (locking the nuts to the stud). You can then use a spanner / wrench on the first nut to unscrew the stud from the engine. Once the stud is out, use the spanners / wrenches to separate and remove the nuts. 

Kit supplied includes 4 x stainless blanking plates, 8 x stainless bolts, 8 x stainless washers
