Will you accept an offer?
No absolutely not, prices are extremely fair and always way below the recommended retail price, don’t waste your time or mine - I will not respond, repeat offenders will be blocked. Do not waste your energy, if you do not wish to pay the price - that is down to you!
Is your stock authentic?
Yes authenticity is 100% guaranteed, I only buy from official stockists/suppliers of each vendor. For example all of my moncler & stone island products come with certilogo authentication. The majority of my stock comes from Italy however I also buy a lot of previous season stock from UK based retailers hence why items are always below RRP!
Where do you get your items?
Please do not ask this, no viable seller is going to reveal where they buy their items - in an extremely competitive environment so it would be commercial suicide to give up any such suppliers. This also goes for people asking for invoices/receipts - I will not give up such sensitive information sorry.
Do you accept returns?
No unfortunately all sales are final. I am a one man band running with tight margins per item, returns are too costly unfortunately. All item measurements & size guides are added, if you are still unsure I will try to provide as much information as I can.
Can I collect an item?
No my stock is held in a secure unit for reason. Postage is free!
offers outside of the app?
No! Please do not ask, you put my account at risk of being closed. I only list items on eBay when I have £1 promotional offers, so the price will never be cheaper elsewhere!
Will you post to a different address?
Old school scam - NO! Items are only sent to the buyers Ebay/PayPal confirmed address at time of purchase.
Are duties and import included for international purchases?
No sorry, any import duties that may incur are solely down to the buyer & buyer only! I send the items international myself instead of the global shipping program to help buyers avoid the astronomical prices they charge.
Why have I been asked for ID?
Some transactions may flag my fraud detection as suspicious, these include new/guest checkouts & stolen credit card detections - I now use a program to detect these as recently I’ve had an increase in credit card chargebacks known as “friendly fraud” - any buyer who has committed this is reported to the police & action fraud UK
