If you also have problems with touch yet have a good display this service is for you. If your device display is fine you can see images and no blacked out spots on display or bleeding issues on your display just the outer glass is broken / cracked this repair is for you.

In cases where your frame may be bent, the screen will not sit flush into the frame and will be lifting and have an increased chance of cracking. We offer corner frame reforms at $10 per corner, and $19.99 if the whole frame is bent. If you feel that your frame may be bent, PLEASE send us pictures of all 4 sides of the device. If you are unsure if your frame or corners need reform, we will message you BEFORE we begin repair on your device and inform you, and let you decide if you want to pay for the service + reforms, or avoid the reform but get NO warranty.


If you have an iPad MINI GEN 2 with cracked GLASS / SCREEN / DIGITIZER then this repair service is for you. 

If we find attempts of repair before arriving to us causing damage to the motherboard, or the repair needed is other than just a screen replacement then we will contact you and discuss it further; it may carry an extra charge if extra service/parts are needed.

We do recommend that you would backup your device on your computer at home or iCloud then do a wipe of all data from the device and send it to us for a faster and guaranteed protection on your warranty, then when you get your device back you can restore your device's data from your computer/icloud backup

Warranty: The screen comes with a LIFETIME Warranty against defect, in such case a replacement service on that device is free of charge under our warranty and so is the costs of mailing the device to us. its easy to determine if a device was repaired at our station since we stamp our parts, just make sure that you do not attempt any repairs on your end or send it to another repair store since this will void your warranty with us at which case we would determine the outcome to the matter and if you would be financially responsible to repair costs and shipping and handling fees.

FAQ: under our shipping policy we note that it takes 20 days handling time to ship your repair, that is because at the time of your purchase we do not have your device in hand rather until you ship the device to us and the time it takes until it reaches us then the repair time and/or any extra time / repairs needed, communication time, it could in rare cases come close to that handling time frame especially if you ship the item late to us. so in order to keep our account in good standing and because ebay defaults accounts when shipping items late / affecting seller rating we precautionary advertise our handling time as 20 days.
