All shafts and wheel compressor are inspected and balanced as per OE specifications. Balanced up to 150,000 RPMs.

Warranty and Returns Policy

WARRANTY

Warranty.  We require that all our units be installed by a professional ASE Certified mechanic, any product returned or a claim made on any of our units must be returned with receipts of the shop where it was installed, proof of purchase of new oil feed and oil return lines and oil change which is must for the starting life of the turbo. This are the requirements for any of our clients to start a claim. Now in case of a claim we do require that the turbocharger in question be sent to us along with all the required documents mentioned above, once we receive the unit we will take apart inspect it throughout to determine whether the unit was detective from the beginning or it was a failure from wrong doing of the installation shop, upon our finding you will receive a comprehensive report on our findings.  Now once we make our decision based on our findings we at our discretion will either replace the unit in question or deni your claim. If your claim does not provide all the documentation required your claim will be denied automatically. If we find that the unit was actually defective we at our discretion will replace the unit or return your money depending on our agreement with you. We do not under any circumstances will pay any consequential damages like mechanic installation, tow truck, or any damages to your engine.
