A:My friend, honestly to say, we’re not sure, since we don’t test it on the device.:)

by yourself follow below method:

You could use a common wired keyboard with USB port and mouse on the device.

If they both work well, this item can work on the device, too .

If the device don’t support wired keyboard and mouse, we suggest you don’t buy this keyboard.:)

Q:My keybaord doesn't work well with my smart tv,the yellow light flashing quickly?

A:My friend, according to your description,

yellow light flashing means it loses connection with USB dongle.You just repair it to fix this.

Steps as bellow:

Step1: Keep your PC on, and be sure the keyboard is full of power.:)

Step2:Press the “F1” of Rii keyboard without releasing.

Step3:Power on the keyboard and release the "F1" immediately.

Now the yellow light should flash very quick. If it doesn’t , pls repeat step2 & step3 .

Step4:Plug the USB receiver on the USB port of your PC.

Now the yellow should flash slowly and regularly.

Wait a moment. The keyboard will repair automatically.

When the yellow light stop flashing, it means repair successfully.

Then you could try if it works well.

Q:Where is the dongle?i can't find dongle in the package.

A:My friend, the receive dongle is inside the keyboard when take off the back cover .
