This unit is USED.  The chrome is GREAT.  No pealing but does have some very light scratches.   You will only receive what is in the photos. 

It has been tested and works perfectly.  I own the testing equipment and test each unit before listing it.  Why take a chance on a different auction when you know this product works!!! 

Mileage is currently at 3718  miles
