Storing Sterling Silver:

*To prevent scratches, each piece should be stored individually in its own case, pouch, or compartment.

*Be sure store sterling silver in a dry, cool place. 

*Avoid keeping jewelry boxes in bathrooms, as the moist, warm air can compromise the brilliance of your sterling.

*For best results, keep your sterling silver jewelry in a case lined with tarnish-resistant material.

*If you're planning on storing a sterling silver piece for an extended period of time, try sealing it in an airtight bag (plastic works fine) to protect it from oxidation and humidity.

Polishing: 

We recommend using a special silver cloth to polish the accessories. If you don't have one, use a microfiber or non-abrasive cloth. Do not  use tissues or paper towels to clean the items, as they could potentially scratch even more the silver. The best polishing method is to use back and forth motions.

Cleaning:

A great option is to combine warm water with a mild ammonia, such as phosphate-free dish washing soap. If it does not work you can combine water with baking soda to make a paste. You should apply a pea-sized amount of the paste to a clean cloth to polish the silver. If you have stamped, etched or detailed jewelry, we suggest adding more water to make a thinner paste. You should also use a soft-bristled toothbrush to reach the small parts. Once done, run the item under warm water before drying it with a clean cloth.
