Protect older and vulnerable adults by making it easier for them to use Trusted Traders rather than rogue traders who typically cold-call and use high pressure sales techniques, and support good local businesses. 
Run by Derbyshire trading standards and was developed in partnership with other departments such as adult social services, community safety, public relations and the contact centre, Call Derbyshire.
