Octavo, some light offsetting from fold-ins to free endpapers, original navy cloth boards, gilt lettering on spine. A clean copy in a price-clipped dustjacket. The D/J has chips, minor tears and other minor loss (not affecting the lettering) at the head of the spine and backstrip. With a contemporaneous inscription in ink but otherwise unmarked.
