All our items are made to order in our own UK factory in West Yorkshire.

Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland and Offshore Isles will incur a surcharge at checkout (currently £8.95).
We may be unable to deliver king size or larger, and flat full-size mattresses to these areas.
We may also be able to deliver some mattresses to; Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, Holland, Germany, France & Spain.

Deliveries
We use a standard courier service for delivery who will deliver any time between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday to first main door of the property. We will only deliver to the address provided through checkout. Address change request via messages or notes are not acceptable and cannot be changed by us due to seller rules and regulations.
Please be aware that multiple item orders may not all arrive on the same day.
Delivery dates are given estimates.
Returns
This purchase is covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Should you wish to cancel your purchase for any reason, please contact us through eBay within 30 days. The cost of return is your responsibility under these circumstances and can be expensive for large/bulky products, please ensure you have checked the sizes you need before placing your order. Mattresses that have been slept on are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. For faulty items, or where we have sent the wrong item, we will either pay for the return, refund or replace at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Rolled Mattresses
The majority of our mattresses are compressed, vacuum packed, rolled and boxed for ease of handling and delivery. Rolled mattresses will need several hours to air to size in a dry, well ventilated room prior to use. Please note that for best results, mattresses should be opened within 7 days of receipt.
Memory Foam and Foam Products.
Please be aware that new foams have a distinctive odour like fresh paint or a new car. This harmless odour usually dissipates once the product has acclimatized to your home, though this may take several days of airing. There are plenty of tips for dealing with this on the internet should it linger.
