Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs
We work with Australia Post and Direct Freight to deliver your items. Shipping fee will be calculated by your post address and order items. You will have the postage displayed in eBay shopping cart before you finalised the payment.
Warehouse pickup is welcome during business hours( Our main warehouse located in Sydney West Area).

Where We Deliver
We can deliver to all addresses in Australia, except Post Office boxes and parcel lockers

Delivery Times
For standard orders we use Australia Post which has a delivery time of between 8 - 10 business days depending on the delivery location. Express shipping is available for some items, delivery timeframe is 2-7 working days , extra cost may apply to the order .  Deliveries are made on weekdays only. Regional deliveries may take longer. You cannot select a particular day for your order to be delivered.

Reasons For Order Delays
If you haven’t received the item within the timeframe, please consider

  • Public holidays, nature disaster, strike
  • Occasionally orders may be supplied from multiple warehouses. If this is the case, your order will arrive at its destination in more than one consignment.
  • Incorrect delivery address has been provided
  • If there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, or a 'to the door' service is not available in your area, the parcel will be deliver to the closest depot or return to sender.

We highly recommend you check with courier first to obtain up-to-date delivery status. You may be charge extra shipping and handling fee due to incorrect address or return to sender.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email containing your tracking code. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please contact us through eBay . Multiple tracking numbers will be provided in separate email notifications where orders are supplied from multiple warehouses. Note: eBay retains only the first tracking notification for your order.

Changing Your Shipping Address
Please ensure you have the correct delivery address in both your eBay account and PayPal account (where applicable) before placing your order. If you believe any details of your delivery address are incorrect, please contact us immediately and if the order hasn’t been processed we will attempt to intercept the order to change the details.

We are unable to change delivery addresses once an order is processed. We will only redeliver after the original order return to us. You may be charged extra cost for handling redelivery.

Out of Stocks
We update our site’s product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

"No Hassles" 30 Day Return Policy
We guarantee a ‘No Hassles′ Return and Refund policy within 30 days from the purchase date. (Note: the refund is for the item/s and does not include the postage charges, when you return the item to us , you agree to pay for the shipping fee for both way). We will refund you once item returned to our warehouse with all original packaging and accessories and in resell-able condition.

Item Damage or Faulty
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will take responsibility for it. Please sending a message to us through eBay immediately, you should provide with us the following information 

  • Details of the defect or damage;
  • photographic evidence of the defect or damage;
  • your invoice (including order number) and any other proof of purchase;
Our in-store team will assess the items and determine whether a refund or exchange may be offered. Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase. If you paid for your online order through PayPal, you are required to present the card associated with your PayPal account in store, if you don't have a proof of purchase we'll offer you an exchange coupon to the value of the current price of that product.

Returns Via Post
For all returns , please contact us to obtain a return authorisation  number,  and they you can return the item to our warehouse. If you cannot get to our warehouse.

We will
  • Email a ‘Returns Form’ and ‘eParcel’ label.
You will
  • Put the ‘Returns Form’ with the items that you are returning into a suitable parcel
  • Stick the ‘eParcel’ label to the front of the parcel
  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office. They’ll then scan the barcode and provide you with a return confirmation from Australia Post so that you’ll be able to track your return.
A refund will then occur once the returned parcel has been received. We reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns, should a refund or exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange of a product we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however please note that this is subject to stock availability. In order to process your return we may, at our discretion, request and record your ID and personal information. Any personal information you provide will be managed in accordance with housenliving's privacy policy.

Payment can be made by PayPal account, MasterCard or Visa. Should you have any issues with payments, please contact PayPal's Customer Support. We are unable to accept Cheques, Bank Transfers or BPay within the Housenliving eBay Store.
