Shea butter doesn’t just have a rich texture; it’s also a rich source of antioxidants, including quercetin, epicatechin gallate, gallocatechin, epigallocatechin, as well as skin-replenishing fatty acids (stearic and linoleic).	Aloe vera Aloe vera is a commonly used plant extract that has soothing properties, antioxidant qualities, and serves as a hydrating agent for skin due to its polysaccharide and sterol content. Aloe vera improves skin regeneration.	Coconut oil Coconut oil is a rich source of medium-chain fatty acids, also known as medium-chain triglycerides. Step 1 Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them off. Remove nail polish. Take out the booties and cut them along the dotted line as indicated.	Step 2 Put your feet into the booties and secure them around each ankle using the enclosed adhesive strips. Wear the booties for 60-90 minutes. Do not exceed the application time. Remove the booties and wash your feet thorough.	Step 3 The exfoliation process starts after 2-7 days. Do not try to remove the dead skin by force. The removal process can take up to 14 days.
