This is a NEW Bose QC45, QC25, QC35 I and QC35 II headphones metal hinge replacement part. This is the part that often fails on your plastic hinge. Your hinge has this metal part attached to it with a screw going through the middle of it. This part was die cast with 304 stainless steel to ensure it will match the original part you had on your Bose QC headphones. This part has been painted to the color you selected but may has small paint nicks on it as it may have rubbed off during production. 

The screw on this listing is a new screw designed by JoesGE in order to offer a screw with washer option for your metal hinge install. This screw will be a perfect replacement for the original Bose screw. This screw will arrive with 4 washers. You will need two on either sides of the hinge. 

You may also add two T8 screwdrivers to your cart from the drop down menu if you need the repair tools to remove the screw holding this metal hinge.
