Brand new with tags.  When you put a drawer full of capri leggings away gently to wait for the next season ... totally forget they are in that drawer, and your little one outgrows them, then you know you have too many clothes lol!!!  Embarrassed ... we have a drawer full that need to go.  I do combine shipping!
