Our "Pretty Witch" consists of a black stretch velour halter style dress with gold glitter mesh fabric at the bust, and trimmed with a neon green satin trim. The dress has a full skirt and elastic waist and back. The dress is used in like new condition. We're also including the gold vinyl belt.(25"-30" waist) The dress is a "One Size" that measures as follows: Bust-34"-36" Waist-26"-32" Hip-Free Length from waist to hem-22" We've added a new knee-length petticoat crinoline in neon green. The crinoline itself is also ideal for Rockabilly, Poodle Skirt Costume, or Vintage Dresses! Pair with a vintage prom dress, or any other vintage style. The top layer of fabric has five tiers of nylon net tulle with matching satin binding on each tier. The bottom layer is made of nylon organza for a softer feel against the skin. Crinoline waist stretches from 25"-44" To top it all off you get the Zig Zag witch hat, which has a velvet outer fabric, with poly inside.
