- Yes, all raw materials used in the making of our jewellery are sourced from Australia and South America, not conflict minerals from Africa.
- Is your silver jewellery nickel and lead free?
- Yes, all our jewellery conforms to international standards of safety regarding nickel, lead, and other heavy metals content.
- Is your silver jewellery stamped with 925?
- Yes, all our silver jewellery is stamped with the 925 mark indicating it is genuine sterling silver.
- How can I take care of my silver jewellery?
- Simply keep your new jewellery out of contact with any household chemicals, and to prevent the natural tarnishing of silver, wear it regularly!

- Handling time
- We know you want your Indiegoods ASAP, so if you place your order before 2pm AEST Monday-Friday most items will be in the mail that day.
Some items need to be transferred in from our warehouse which adds 1-2 days to the handling time, please check Postage And Handling section to confirm. - Postage type
- Most of our items are sent as parcels with tracking, but some of our small low-value items (such as embroidered patches) are sent as unregistered letters.
Those small low-value items have the option to upgrade to registered mail at checkout, and most items have the option to upgrade to Express*.
* dangerous goods such as aerosol cans cannot be sent Express - Postage time
- Once your Indiegoods are with Australia Post, they should be with you in around 2-6 business days if within Australia, or 1-4 weeks if international.
